Orders

After you place an order, we confirm it by phone. We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, if the product is out of stock, or if there is an obvious pricing error; any advance payment will be refunded.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change with stock and offers; the price at the time of order confirmation applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. You can pay cash on delivery or online via bKash, Nagad or Rocket.

Delivery

We deliver across all 64 districts of Bangladesh through courier partners. Usual time: 1–2 working days inside Dhaka and 2–4 working days outside Dhaka. Delays can happen during holidays, hartals, floods or other events beyond our control.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as possible using manufacturer specifications. Photos may differ slightly in colour or packaging. Sizing examples, backup times and solar output figures are estimates and depend on weather, battery condition and load.

Installation & safe use

Solar, inverter and battery products involve high current. Installation should be done by a qualified electrician following the manual. Alobari is not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, misuse or use beyond rated limits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
